Set Up & Tear Down
WHO: Strong, able-bodied adults (at least 18 years old). Must be able to assist with unloading truck, building a set, set up light trees and other electrical connections. Directions will be given on site.
WHEN: Volunteers will be needed during daytime hours on Monday, April 23 (South Bend) and Wednesday April 24 (Fort Wayne.)
Meals
WHO: Individuals or groups who can provide lunch or dinner for 2 men, the actor and stage manager from St. Luke Productions. Must be able to deliver to particular location in either Fort Wayne or South Bend.
WHEN: Monday through Thursday, lunch and dinner
Lodging
WHO: A family, rectory, or community organization that can provide two separate rooms where 2 men from St. Luke Productions may stay for the night. These must be close to the performance sites in either Fort Wayne or South Bend.
WHEN: Monday night and Tuesday night in South Bend; Wednesday night and Thursday night in Fort Wayne.
Hospitality Team
WHO: Energetic persons who are able to assist with various roles on the night of the performance--parking, greeters, ticket takers, program distribution. Ideal for students, but must be at least 13 as they will be able to watch the show and accompanied by adult chaperones.
WHEN: Must arrive by 5:30 on Tuesday April 24 in South Bend or Thursday April 26 in Fort Wayne. Tear down will begin immediately following the show & will be needed until at least 9:30 p.m.
